Personal Assistant

Location: Singapore, Singapore, United Kingdom
As a Personal Assistant to dedicated senior leaders of the business, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. This partnership will ensure excellent and timely customer service and perform an array of tasks such as coordinating and arranging travel for internal and external customers, extensive diary management, make meeting room bookings, and partner with all teams across the business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 
What you’ll do to succeed
 
- Screen, direct and action mail / email / fax where appropriate, liaising with any relevant teams / person to action
- Extensive diary management, call and meeting scheduling
- Collate meeting papers, presentations, reports and other documents
- Extensive global travel coordination
- Ensure monthly expense claims are completed and sent to Finance for timely processing
- Prepare draft agendas and supporting documentation for meetings to ensure they are well organised and run smoothly
- Coordination of internal, external, national and international meetings
- Lead generating through social media channels such as LinkedIn
- Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure strong global partnerships
