Credit Controller

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
 
We are seeking a new Credit Controller to join our global finance team. As Credit Controller, you will liaise and engage with internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure that billing and invoicing is completed in a timely manner. Based at our office in Toronto, you will deliver effective credit control to Insights’ offices around the world.
 
What you’ll do to succeed
-  Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues and reach solutions which are in line with Insights policy and guidelines
-  Display tenacity and focus while pursuing outstanding debt
-  Use an organised and detail orientated approach to reconciling and updating client records
 
How will you do this?
-  B2B collections
-  Processing sales invoices on a daily basis
-  Liaise with the Customer Support Team to drive process improvements from order entry through to billing
-  Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
-  Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices, within company policy and guidelines
-  Establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
-  Dealing with other adhoc enquiries and requests for information as required

What you’re great at
-  Would be beneficial to be fluent in French
-  Computerised financial applications
-  Excel spreadsheets
-  Ability to prioritise workload to make best use of the time to meet deadlines
