We are looking for Technical Support Analyst to join our global team. This is a great opportunity if you have 4+ years desktop support experience and enjoy solving problems, either in person or remote, and you are able to build good working relationships and trust. Key responsibilities:
Primary escalation point for the Service Desk team
Support the project team with the transition of new IT services, and ensure the quality of transition into the Business.
Provide and promote first-class, proactive IT customer support
Provide 3rd line technical support to the IT Service Desk, following Problem management and Incident Management processes.
Support various business services and desktop applications.
Providing mentoring and support to the IT support team, performing senior duties and represent Enterprise Technology to the rest of the business
Tech Stack you are familiar with:
Proven experience successfully transitioning services into the IT Service Desk
Proven experience operating & administering a Service Desk Management System
Excellent working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Excellent working knowledge of Security applications and Services (Anti-Virus Encryption).
Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 user administration
NTFS and File Share permissions
Knowledge of Local and Wide Area Networks
Familiarity with the ITIL framework
