What will you be doing?
Our People team (HR) are essential for looking after our business and enabling Insight's most valuable asset - its People. At its core, our People team is there to support, nature and develop our colleagues around the world. This comes in many different ways, including recruiting great new talent, providing Learning and Development opportunities for existing colleagues and working on initiatives to continually improve our company's culture.
This rotational graduate programme will give you the chance experience all corners of our People function, giving you exposure to how HR works in a multination business.
You’ll have the chance to:
Complete 4, 6-month rotations in generalist and HR specialist teams – these could include: People Partnering, Learning & Development, People Transformation, Employee Engagement, People Operations, Recruitment and more.
Work with stakeholders from around the world, and across all areas of the business.
You’ll get a deep understanding of how our business operates
Experience 4 different and distinct role, allowing you to understand what aspect of HR you’d like to stay in.
