Senior Key Account Manager

We’re seeking a real self-starter, with extensive sales experience to join our APAC business, based in Singapore as a Senior Sales Key Account Manager,. The role is primarily focused on acquisition for our Singapore business, and you will be driving local marketing indicatives, campaigns and attraction strategies to build our footprint in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific Region. You'll need to be fluent in Mandarin as well as English as you'll be growing business in China.
You’ll have a proven ability to attract and develop new business as well as maintaining a portfolio of clients across APAC. Working closely with the Key Account Manager in region, your goal will be to aggressively grow the Indian footprint in our Learning and Development operation.

Your purpose in the role
You’ll be a proactively manage a portfolio of accounts through building customer relationships and qualifying new business opportunities from initial enquiry.  You’ll build relationships to meet the client needs, enabling Insights to maximise potential business opportunities, whilst consistently providing a legendary customer experience thereby achieving revenue and contribution targets.
What you’ll do to succeed
  • Nurture clients to enable long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively across teams globally with a knowledge of overall business strategy and goals
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities and towards achieving agreed business goals, maintaining contribution levels, margins and managing productivity output
  • Position the value of Learning Journeys and multi-stage projects
  • Demonstrate value to your clients through a thorough knowledge of Insights methodology, resources, solutions, and services
  • Ensure client information is up to date and accurate by using D365 activities tools and systems
  • Manage pre and post workshop logistics, liaising closely with wider departments including the Delivery team, Client Services, Legal and Finance
  • Follow the process steps outlined in the EPS program in a consistent and accurate manner

What you’ll bring
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin 
  • Extensive knowledge of building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships alongside building networks of contacts inside a client organization
  • Experience in leveraging successes to drive additional and ongoing business in a key account
  • Proven experience of interacting with clients in a sales/targeted environment
  • Strong capability and experience in Social Selling with experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exceptional communication skills and telephone presence to build a rapport with clients and internal contacts and provide legendary customer experience
  • Team collaboration to manage the full Key Account portfolio of accounts
  • Extensive experience in investing time in your accounts and proactively maximizing the value of the portfolio
  • The ability to demonstrate value to your clients through a thorough knowledge of Insights methodology, resources, solutions, and services
  • Expertise in prioritising competing demands to make best use of time to meet deadlines and targets
  • Professional business judgement and strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in mobilizing internal resources at the right times in the client relationships, to set both the client and the internal resource up for a successful engagement
