About the Role
As Fulfilment Coordinator, you are a key contributor to production operations, ensuring accuracy of orders and completions and ensuring the success of internal and external business transactions. You will be part of a highly productive, yet friendly and informal team that bridged traditional warehousing with an open and social office environment. Day to day you will:
Provide legendary service to internal and external customers
Track, monitor and dispatch orders, outgoing mail and couriers
Arrange pick-ups and returns from customers and venues
Complete related and required KPIs
Assume responsibility for all print equipment (including their maintenance) as well as printing, production, binding & laminating
Liaise closely with other departments regarding confirmed and in-flow orders
Support others in the use of the order management system
Raise issues quickly and accurately to ensure customer and stakeholder needs are met
