About the Role
As Fulfilment Coordinator, you are a key contributor to production operations, ensuring accuracy of orders and completions and ensuring the success of internal and external business transactions.

You will be part of a highly productive, yet friendly and informal team that bridged traditional warehousing with an open and social office environment.  We work hard and yet we enjoy the journey being part of an organization that truly benefits people personally and professionally.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide legendary service to internal and external customers
  • Track, monitor and dispatch orders, outgoing mail and couriers
  • Arrange pick-ups and returns from customers and venues
  • Complete related and required KPIs
  • Assume responsibility for all print equipment (including their maintenance) as well as printing, production, binding & laminating
  • Liaise closely with other departments regarding confirmed and in-flow orders
  • Support others in the use of the order management system
  • Raise issues quickly and accurately to ensure customer and stakeholder needs are met

This role is located in the Austin office, mostly onsite but with flexibility as needed.
