We are expanding our global sales team with an exciting new sales demand strategy function that will see the introduction of Sales Development Representatives.

 What’s the job?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a completely new role in the Insights family and will play a key role in helping drive our sales growth in North America and EMEA.

Working as part of a highly motivated team, you will take prospects supplied by marketing and use key sales data and customer research to engage and qualify leads to create a sales pipeline for our Account Managers.

You will be the first point of contact for a diverse array of prospects from some of the largest and fastest growing organizations in the world.  

Using your sharp communication skills, you will quickly develop rapport and gain an understanding of their business needs before expertly communicating Insights’ value proposition and inspiring with the possibilities available. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will form the first step of every new customer journey with Insights, helping create a world-class customer experience.

What are we looking for?

You’ll have worked in a similar role previously and be great at initiating and developing client relationships in a remote sales environment.  A strong communicator, you’ll articulate yourself well, fearlessly holding conversations with senior external stakeholders.  

You’ll have a client-focused mindset, delivering a world-class client experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.   Always Be Closing will be your focus, you’ll see objections as a challenge and take motivation from getting that meeting booked.

You’ll be confident, tenacious and keep a level head under pressure.  You’ll be highly organised with an ability to manage your own workload and drive success, performing flexibly in a fast-paced and high-performing sales environment.
