D365 F&O or CE Support
Do you have experience supporting end users with Microsoft Dynamics365, especially CE and F&O?
You must be familiar with D365 F&O and/or CE a solid background in past D365 products such as MS Dynamics AX.
Interest in Business Intelligence (Power BI) or interest in learning would be a plus.
Tech Stack you are familiar with:
- Provide professional 1st and 2nd level support based SLA's
- Provide regular feedback to internal customer
- Work as part of a team
- Engage in cross team knowledge
- Take responsibility for the Service Delivery
- Log incident calls using internal call logging systems
- Microsoft Dynamics365
- Finance and Ops
- Dynamic CE,
- Webex and more
