What’s the role?

We are recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager located in the Netherlands (or Benelux providing language requirements are met) to build and develop long-term profitable commercial relationships with our Enterprise Clients.

As an Enterprise Account Manage, you will be responsible for profitably executing the Enterprise Clients account strategy as defined by the Enterprise Clients Director for a specified portfolio of clients. Your portfolio may consist of a specific client list, or you may be required to manage all customer relationships in a specific country or cross-border as required.

Bringing a passion for customer service you will build and develop senior level relationships with key client buyers, Client Practitioners, and decision makers in support of winning large, global projects.

Always driven by a challenge, you will strive to meet/exceed revenue and related targets (profitability, contribution, Customer Happiness) through globally collaborative account planning, management, and execution.

What you’ll do to succeed

Build strong, lasting networks both internally and across client organisations, partnering with global teams to deliver a Legendary Experience in each relevant market

Be a confident leader, mentor and collaborator able to influence internal and external teams, building partnerships with Client Services and other functional departments.

Demonstrate global/cultural and personal self-awareness, communicate effectively and be accepting of guidance, coaching and direction from others.

Be able to clearly articulate and sell the full Insights portfolio and our value proposition. 

What you’re great at

Selling complex/strategic solutions, managing complex client accounts and achieving or exceeding goals and objectives.

Using CRM and other technology applications to drive personal effectiveness and productivity. 

Building relationships and influencing stakeholders (including C-suite levels), demonstrating business acumen and professionalism (internal & external).

Collaborating with others and communicating effectively, creating successes for team and clients as a priority over creating personal successes.

Other Requirements

You must be fluent in English and Dutch

Additional language skills (French) a benefit but not essential

Willing and able to travel overseas.

Due to the global nature of this role, you may occasionally be required to work alternative hours.
