Agile Coach - 12 month FTC

Remote, Scotland

Who are we?

Insights is a Global Learning and Development company with people at our heart. Our purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything that they do.

Our preference-based learning solutions have impacted millions of lives worldwide and our product portfolio helps our customers to positively transform their people, their teams and their whole organisations.

We have ambitious growth plans and are on a journey to develop our global business significantly over the coming years.

Our growing Change Management Office sits at the heart of these plans by designing, developing and delivering a portfolio of change projects across the business.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a seasoned change professional to join us and support the people focused delivery of change across the organisation.

What's the role?

As an Agile Coach, you’ll be an advocate for the change community,  working day-to-day with the wider business to support them on their agile journey.    You’ll be responsible for the impact of implementing agile, its benefits and development to create Agile capability across the business.
You’ll help them adopt leading agile practices, building a clear understanding of agile roles and coaching team members to continually improve their outputs.

Whilst this is a remote home working role,  there will be a requirement to travel to our Dundee Head Office on occasion so will suit someone living in Scotland.

What are we looking for?

A passionate and energetic scrum master and agile coach with experience of guiding and developing teams who are new to Agile and Scrum.   You’ll have an agnostic approach to agility and be able to pragmatically blend approaches to co-create disciplined and fit-for-purpose Agile ways of working.

You’ll have good knowledge of various patterns and techniques such as scrum, Kanban, XP and scaled agile frameworks with hands-on experience of deploying them in a large change programme.

You’ll be a natural storyteller and educator with an ability to put people at the heart of change and bring them along on the journey.

How to apply?

If you are inspired by the opportunity to work for a people focused change function committed to delivering change in the right way, then I encourage you to apply.
