Regional Client Manager

To continue the regional growth and success of Insights in the Nordics, we are now recruiting for a Regional Client Manager (RCM).

Your purpose in the role

As a Regional Client Manager, your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our high level of customer satisfaction.  You will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right Insights solution for our clients. You will be building and developing long-term relationships with our regional accounts and as trusted advisor and expert in your field, you will be accountable for growing the regional sales pipeline.
What we need you to bring
-  Experience of working in a learning and development company or within a learning and development team
-  Understanding of personality or behavioural profiling products market
-  Client empathy, understand their pains and bring solutions using our products
-  Experience in sales that creates energising conversations with our clients and the ability to move them through the sales process
-  You must be able to write and speak fluently in both Danish and English

What you’ll do to exceed

-  Proactively manage and develop customer relationships by understanding their business needs and the value Insights can bring
-  Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts from initial enquiry and building relationships to meet the client needs and enable Insights to maximise potential business opportunities
-  Build and develop senior level relationships with key client buying and decision makers with a view to winning large solutions business
-  Show up as an ambassador, business partner & trusted advisor for Insights
-  Demonstrate systematic Portfolio planning and Account management
-  Grow the profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for our regional client’s portfolio

How you will do this

-  You understand the business challenges of your customers and link them to various possible Insights’ solutions
-  Work with and through Insights’ network of offices to deliver a Legendary Experience in each relevant market
-  Bring a passion, and a gift, for building strong, lasting networks across client organisations
-  You will use your strong communication skills and be very comfortable building rapport with clients 
-  Use strong negotiation skills to deliver profitable growth with cost to serve
-  You will have the ability to perform professionally in a fast-paced environment – along with the willingness to change direction when circumstances demand
-  Collaborate with internal functions (Marketing, Product, Finance and Delivery) to service the client, working as part of a team
-  Demonstrate professional business judgement and strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills

As a RCM your role is to take all of this into the client space, help them do develop, create value in the people and the organisation.

This is a remote working position but with an office in Aarhus we encourage regular visits to connect with the wider team and energise each other with our amazing stories of clients having transformational journeys using our products.
