What’s the role?

You’ll be joining the global Resource Management Team within Sales Operations at Insights where you’ll be providing scheduling and administrative support. 

Day to Day you’ll:

-Source and schedule direct delivery facilitators for in-person and virtual programs, ensuring the best fit for each engagement using D365 
-Maintain and monitor the resource tracking system 
-Prepare Statements of Work and Purchase Orders for facilitators for each engagement 
-Maintain updated facilitator information 
-Assist with preparing metrics and reports as needed 
-Support projects relating to process improvements and global consistency 
-Maintain positive relationship with Associate Consultants, including addressing or routing requests and questions and supporting Resources Managers in communications and community building 
-Support on-boarding of new Associate Consultants, including ordering of materials 
-Maintain shared resources like MS Teams and SharePoint
