What’s the job?
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a completely new role in the Insights family, so you will have the opportunity to help us shape the role and be truly successful.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in our growth strategy by proactively researching and engaging with key prospects in target markets, industries, and organizations. You will become an integral part of our fantastic sales team and this position lays the foundation for a successful sales career and opens long term opportunities for you.
You will be supported by a large, diverse, and highly experienced global Sales team and will be able to introduce personal and organizational effectiveness breakthroughs as part of your day-to-day work.
This position is based in our Austin, Texas office.
What are we looking for?
You’ll have a demonstrable track record in developing prospects or clients and initiating and developing relationships in a phone-based sales environment. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be a confident researcher and be motivated to engage potential customers and broker introductions.
You’ll have a client-focused mindset, delivering a world-class client experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You’ll have a background in operating in a world of outbound business development and social selling and experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an advantage.
You’ll be confident, tenacious and self-motivated, using your expert communication skills to build rapport with potential customers and colleagues across the business. You’ll be highly organized with an ability to manage your own workload and drive success.
