To allow us to continue to grow our global business and specifically, to deliver on our North America Growth Strategy, we are hiring several new roles into our business. 

What’s the job?

As an Alliances Manager you’ll be responsible for expanding existing partnerships, and finding, onboarding, and managing new strategic relationships to drive substantial revenue and demand.
You will report to the Director of Sales, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to meet your objectives and drive partner engagement.

This position is fully remote so can be based anywhere in the US. 

What are we looking for?
You’ll be commercially astute with a track record of success in finding and managing key partnerships to drive brand presence, leads and new customers in the Learning and Development or Professional Services space.   You’ll ideally have Global experience a proven track record in proposing and winning high value business. 
You’ll have ample experience in B2B sales with a strong capability of effectively communicating value propositions to stakeholders and clients.   You’ll be data driven and you’ll love the challenge of working to stretch targets and exceeding external and internal customer expectations, with the ability to work under pressure, while thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You’ll be a strategic thinker who excels at relationships building that can inspire and influence those around them.
