What’s the job?
As a Learning Event Coordinator (LEC) in Client Services, you will be empowered to delight your customers by making sure that you (and everyone else) have the necessary information and requirements to successfully deliver to our clients.
You will ensure you deliver our quality and governance standards consistently and to a high level, resulting in our customers being very satisfied with the service you provide.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll have the autonomy to fill your own schedule and build your day. Working as part of a team you’ll take a proactive approach and ensure tasks are picked up quickly and a legendary service is provided to every customer.
What are we looking for?
You’ll be a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and an ability to identify and work to clear priorities and manage your time effectively. You’ll have a passion for delivering a legendary customer experience and truly care about delighting customers, using your skills to adapt and connect to their needs and uniqueness.
You’ll be a great listener able to show empathy and understanding and always prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ in delivering support on time and to the highest standard. You’ll be a great communicator, not afraid to call customers to deal with enquiries and requests quickly, soothing complex or challenging conversations and building trust in you and Insights by delivering on your promises.
You’ll be highly motivated with great attention to detail and take a proactive approach to problem solving, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. You’ll have an open mind and ability to adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment demonstrating a growth mindset.
