Part Time Programme Manager - North America Growth

What’s the job? 

At Insights we have ambitious growth plans and are on a journey to develop our global business significantly. The Change Management Office (CMO) sits at the heart of these plans by designing, developing, and delivering a portfolio of change projects across the business.  

The CMO are looking for a Programme Manager to work alongside our talented Sales and Marketing Team teams to drive thought leadership and realise an ambitious programme of growth in North America.  

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams to scope, define and manage a programme of work to identify opportunities and grow our market share in North America.   You’ll create and maintain a project charter which defines the scope and outcomes of the programme ensuring they are clear to all stakeholders and drive the delivery of our strategic objectives.   

This is a two-year fixed term contract and is a part time role where you’ll work 19 hours per week.  At the outset this role will be home based as our offices are closed, however when we re-open the role will become a blend of home working and office working from our Dundee Head Office, therefore in order to be considered for this role you will need to be based in Scotland.  

What we are looking for? 

You’ll have extensive programme or project management experience gained in a Sales and Marketing environment with a track record applying best-in-class program management techniques to proactively manage issues, risks, and dependencies.  You’ll have a background in Learning and Development with experience in driving sales in the North American market.    

You’ll take a holistic view and be competent managing competing demands and dependencies across multiple workstreams.    You’ll be flexible in your approach with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills used to finding clarity and solutions in an ever-changing environment.   

It goes without saying you’ll be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence at all levels and be credible and convincing in front of senior stakeholders.   

You’ll have a logical leadership approach that will allow you to prioritise and mobilise resources to achieve the objectives of the program.
