What’s the job?
Our highly collaborative Enterprise Technology team is responsible for all the technology across our Global Business and now more than ever they are fundamental in keeping the business running.
In this role you’ll work as part of our Service Delivery Team providing first and second line technical support to our users across the globe.
This is a very hands-on role where you’ll deliver excellent customer service to our users. You’ll get involved in all things Service Desk, from providing triage telephone support for a huge variety of technical issues to supporting new joiners with the IT set up.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills so will suit someone with some Service Desk experience with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service looking to further develop their skills and knowledge.
This role is based in our Austin office, although like many companies we are working remotely right now. As this role will support the building of new devices there will be a requirement to go in the office on occasion until we re-open fully.
What are we looking for?
You’ll have experience in a similar Service Desk role, with a track record of supporting users with a wide range of technical issues. You’ll be a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and an ability to identify and work to clear priorities and manage your time effectively. You’ll have a passion for delivering an excellent user experience and truly care about delighting customers, using your skills to adapt and connect to build strong working relationships.
You’ll be a great listener able to show empathy and understanding and always prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ in delivering support on time and to the highest standard. You’ll be a great communicator, not afraid to call customers to deal with enquiries and requests quickly but equally as comfortable dealing with issues online and face to face.
You’ll be highly motivated and take a proactive approach to problem solving, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. You’ll have an open mind and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment demonstrating a growth mindset.
You’ll be a team player able to build relationships with colleagues spread across the globe as well as those in the Austin office. You’ll be friendly, approachable and enjoy the fast paced, varied environment of technology support.
