People Business Partner - 6 month FTC

What’s the job?
Our People Team is a global function providing a wide range of HR services and support to the Insights group.  We promote and enable an engaging and inclusive culture, supporting our people to reach their full potential.    
We are looking for a People Business Partner to join us for six months to support with the numerous projects and initiatives underway as part of the global integration of our business.   In this role you’ll support the full scope of HR activities such as resourcing, performance management, employee relations, organisational change, and development.  
This is hugely varied role where you’ll get involved in all sort of initiatives as the business continues to grow and evolve.   You’ll work collaboratively with the rest of the People Partnering team to ensure an exceptional service is delivered, working closely with business leaders to support them through an ever-changing landscape.  
Like many companies we are all working remotely, however this role would typically be based in our Dundee office, so later in the year when our office re-opens there may be a requirement to spend time there. 
What we are looking for
You’ll be a strong HR Generalist with a track record of supporting the business with all things HR related.   You’ll have inclusive, collaborative style and be ready to get your sleeves rolled up and make a positive impact quickly.    You’ll be flexible in your approach and be comfortable finding clarity and solutions in an ever-changing environment. 
You’ll have global experience and understand the complexity that comes with a Global Integration programme.  You’ll use that understanding to work closely with each of our markets to map the processes, roles and responsibilities for each core people process. 
You’ll be great with Excel and have plenty experience of working with HR systems (we don’t mind which) and you’ll be great with all the data crunching and analytics that come with implementing projects and initiatives.
