Reward Consultant (outside IR35) - 5 months

We require a remote working Reward Consultant to complete the following scope of work over a 5 month period.

Review the approach to sales incentives for 2021/22 and provide a set of options and recommendations which reflect market conditions.
-  Review current approach and provide and expert view on risks and benefits.
-  Provide a set of recommendations which are supported with modelling and costs. 
-  Provide an implementation plan for the agreed option. 

Review of total compensation for all markets based on initial analysis which has been completed to date. 
-  To include review, analysis and update to data with additional benchmarking.
-  Provide a set of recommendations for a future approach with a timeline for implementation. 

Review of the analysis undertaken on global benefits.
-  Provide a set of recommendations which would align benefits in support of the reward strategy.
-  Complete the modelling and cost options for a phased approach to ensure we can attract and retain key talent across our markets.  
-  Provide an implementation plan for each market based on the agreed approach.

Review of current reward practices, including how we benchmark etc. to reflect the global size and shape of the Insights business. 
-  Provide an expert view on how future reward practices would align across our global business.
-  Provide an implementation plan for each market based on the agreed approach.
-  Provide specialist advice on ad-hoc reward queries in line with our new reward approach.

Support reward expertise for the implementation of Incentive Harmonisation activity. 
-  Includes an expert global view of different markets and currencies.
-  Provides an implementation plan and recommended approach for each market.
