We are now growing our Learning and Experience team and as such are looking for a collaborative, pragmatic and enthusiastic Product Manager to join us.
What’s the job?
As a Product Manager at Insights you will partner with fellow colleagues from across the business on the end-to-end management of a portfolio of products and services. You will play a primary role in guiding a portfolio of products and services through the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and driving ROI for the business.
You’ll work collaboratively alongside a talented multi-disciplinary team of fellow Product Managers, Product Owners, Researchers, Service Designers, Interaction Designers, Learning Architects, users and stakeholders to solve challenges and deliver world class products and services that embody the magic of Insights.
You’ll be the champion for your products and services, ensuring the long-term vision and benefits are clearly articulated and visualised for both internal and external audiences. You’ll lead on the go to market activities for your portfolio, ensuring products and services are commercially viable, operationally robust, scalable and sales ready.
What are we looking for?
You’ll be a strategic and business focussed Product Manager with ample experience of managing products and services through their full product lifecycle. You’ll be a true partner, used to working cross functionally to deliver a best-in-class end to end journey and experience for both internal and external customers.
It would be great if you had experience in delivering products and services in both B2B and B2C environments and exposure to the world of ecommerce would be a real benefit.
You’ll be self-starting, dynamic and naturally encourage an ethos of collaboration, able to take accountability for delivery whilst working well with others. You'll be someone who loves to make things happen and gets excited about identifying and delivering innovative and engaging experiences that boost growth. You’ll embrace a culture of fail fast and learn quick, thriving in ambiguity and able to deliver in an ever-changing landscape.
You’ll be skilled storyteller who can communicate vision, benefits and at times difficult messages to a varied audience of personality types and levels of stakeholder seniority. You’ll be naturally curious and authentic, always exploring the topic of “why” to uncover opportunity and work incredibly hard to keep things simple.
