What’s the job?
Our highly collaborative Enterprise Technology team is responsible for all the technology across our Global Business and now more than ever they are fundamental in keeping the business running.
In this role you’ll work as part of our small Service Assurance team to deliver Configuration Management and Software Asset Management services to the whole Insights business. This is a unique opportunity as you’ll have the opportunity to shape the role and really make a difference from day 1.
Day to day you’ll be responsible for all things Service Assurance, such as managing the Configuration Management Database (CMBD), maintaining the Definitive Software Library (DSL) and ensuring all software and appropriate licences are controlled, to name but a few.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop and hone your skills so will suit someone that has perhaps only been involved one element of the role, so if you are an expert in Software Asset Management but would like to expand your knowledge and skillset then this could be the role for you.
What we are looking for?
So that’s enough about us, what about you? You’ll have hands on experience in a similar function, with experience of managing a CMBD and exposure to a wide range of licences and licensing models. You’ll have strong vendor management skills and an ability to negotiate the best deals. You’ll be highly analytical, methodical, and super organised with the ability to think clearly under pressure. You’ll be a strong communicator with a desire to get that enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a growth mindset.
