Website and SEO Manager

Dundee, Remote, UK
To manage the optimisation and continued development of our global website. You will be working within the Global Marketing team to support the Demand Generation Manager to attract new business, subsequently increasing website conversion rate and content engagement. You’ll be passionate about analytics, CMS and all things digital marketing. You will be comfortable with user experience to ensure our customers receive a legendary customer experience at every touchpoint.

What you’ll do to succeed

- Support the Demand Generation Manager by leading on all activities surrounding global website development, maintenance and optimisation, CMS updates, analytics and reporting.
- Continue to improve the customer journey, positioning the global website as a lead generation vehicle for the organisation
- Own the ongoing integration of the all global offices to our new website platform including redirection of current domains and project management of the content translation process
- Be proactive in the on-going maintenance of the website, by spotting opportunities, updating content as and when required and making and implementing SEO recommendations on content and features
- Manage the relationship with our internal and external website support resources to ensure site performance remains optimal and hosting/support contracts are applied effectively
- Track and analyse website data to help prove ROI and gain insight to influence and educate stakeholders around the business
- Support as required with the development of lead generation campaigns via our Marketing platform
How will you do this?
- You’ll possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
- Demonstrable experience working in the digital space (client or agency side)
- Familiarity with the nuances of SEO and safe tactics that can increase site visibility
- Experience with web management, design and mapping customer journeys
- Preferably with experience of working in Umbraco CMS and HubSpot / Marketing 365 marketing platforms
- Google Analytics certified and expert in the platform
- Design skills and familiarity with the Adobe creative suite
- Excellent copywriting skills for web
- HTML and CSS knowledge an asset

Special Requirements

- This is a global role and overseas travel may occasionally be necessary
