What you’ll do to succeed
Partnered consultancy with high-value, and high-potential practitioners
Supporting in-client practitioner communities to continue their learning journeys
Delivery of practitioner journey touchpoints- pre and post IDA
Moderating the community forum on Connections
Working with Account Managers to build relationships and identify high-value and high-potential practitioners
Creation and implementation of a Practitioner nurturing programme across language/geography
Developing and partnering with champion practitioners identified through the Communities Coordinators or client relationships
Identification of routes to move Insights "out of the classroom and into the business" to systemically embed it within client organisations
Establishing Insights Discovery within the organisation and integrating Insights’ methodologies into business approaches
Building personal capability around current thought leadership trends to further develop consultancy expertise to provide added value and impact to practitioner relationships
Capturing of client updates and commercial opportunities to feed the ongoing sales process
Responsibility for the quality of advice shared with our practitioners through the inbox, forum and events
Regular attendance at the Sales Forum to share updates and learn more about what’s going on in the customer’s world
How you’ll show up
As an expert in the Insights Discovery portfolio, you will know which content areas can support practitioners to address their particular business need
You will be very knowledgeable about the content of the IDA to be able to support the pre and post IDA journey for the practitioners
You will be skilled in working collaboratively with other areas of the function and effective in working with sales people to understand their account strategy as you support practitioners
You will know how to turn a practitioner requirement/request into something tangible and practical that the client can apply within their organisation
What you’re great at
Bringing creativity to bear when working with practitioners to help them understand how they can apply Insights Discovery content to maximum effectiveness
Listening to practitioner requirements and supporting them to be effective and see value in the portfolio content
Skills requirements
Insights Discovery Accreditation preferred but not essential
Qualification in other psychometric tools eg DISC, MBTI etc.
L&D consultancy mindset- enabling clients to see how to implement our portfolio to solve their business challenges
