Office Support Internship (Internal)

Start Date: June 27th 

Duration of Programme: 300 hours (or depending on university arrangement) as this is a working student contract. 

Requirements: Currently studying a business-related degree at university. Must be fluent in Spanish and confident in English 

Locations: Calle de la Basílica, 19 2º B, 28020 Madrid.  

Working Arrangement: Can be flexible around the successful candidates University arrangements.  Able to work 4-5 hours a day 5 days a week (ideally mornings). The role should be in the office up 2 – 3 days a week and can work from home Monday & Friday.

What's the role? 
 
As our Office Support Intern you’ll be office based at least 3 days a week, and will be providing administrative support to your colleagues in Spain & Italy with a focus on our Client Services and Fulfilment functions. 
 
This will include:  

  • Assist our Learning Event Coordinators in the set up and support of client workshops in the office including the set-up of meetings rooms 

  • Process orders that need to be delivered to clients In Spain & Italy that will include journals, colour blocks and other materials for the events 

  • Manage the office supplies and monitor levels to order more materials like paper and toner with suppliers when required 

  • Support the events that take place in the office by preparing the room, order catering, assisting the facilitator, learners and participants, cleaning service and greeting people at reception 

  • Prepare legal documents for Spanish funding for training
