Your purpose in the role
To provide excellent sales and service support to our Partner community, both to our external Partners and internal Partner teams to ensure clear and simple use of Insights Discovery and revenue generation.
What you’ll do to succeed
· Deliver legendary partner experience by providing timely and knowledgeable responses to Partner requests and queries whilst using the opportunity to further educate on portfolio, cross selling and upselling
· Detail orientated with a process led approach to managing a series of activities for set up and ongoing relationships with Partners
· Foster close working relationships with the wider partner team.
· Act as an Ambassador for Insights
· Work effectively in a matrix management structure – keeping up to date with both regional and channel activity, priorities and revenue performance
· Be responsive and accountable for the end to end Partner experience closely collaborating with other members of Partner team and internal service functions
How you’ll do this
· You will use your strong listening communication skills and telephone presence to build a rapport with Partners and internal contacts to ensure legendary experience
· You will work as part of a team to plan, prioritise and deliver on all activities in required timescales
· In partnership with marketing plan and distribute key marketing messages and meaningful content to keep partners informed of portfolio and key Insights messages
· Provide sales support to Partner Team in the set-up of new Partners, LP’s, Partner CP’s (and leavers)
· Expertly ensure D365 is accurate and up to date and be well versed in providing data reports
· Communicate and articulate the Insights Value Proposition and Strategy to Licensed Practitioners, to differentiate Insights from our competitors
· Having an understanding of the Partner Channel landscape within your territory and role you play.
· Develop knowledge of Partner network and Partner contractual obligations and expectations.
· Acquire thorough knowledge of Discovery suite to support education and upskill of LPs and Partners in time of need
· Maintain Partner NPS and customer effort at a base of 75+
